Am Dúnta (Irish for “Closing Time” or “Closed”) is a high-energy Irish trad ensemble based in Berlin, Germany. Get ready for foot-stomping reels and jigs, lyrical songs, and a bright, airy sound. Their sets bring people together with opportunities to dance, laugh, and connect.
Our sound blends Irish and American roots music with new music alongside traditional tunes. The core lineup of Am Dúnta consists of Lynnea Shuck (fiddle), Aidan O'Keeffe (vocals, guitar), Eric Little (vocals, whistle, piano), and Alex Bartholome (bodhrán). We also frequently perform as a duo or trio, or invite special guests to join us.
